PROVENCE BLUE TRAVEL
Enjoy French Cuisine and French wines
Food and Wine

One of the pleasures when travelling is the possibility to discover nice restaurants and eat well. In Provence and on the French Riviera, the choice is huge: fancy restaurants, small "bistros", the not so well-known ones. I will do my best to recommend places that will suit you.
I know the good places for a wine tasting; in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in Gigondas and Vacqueyras on the Mont Ventoux, the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, in Cassis or Bandol, in the Côtes de Provence appellation or in any other wine producing village.
I can arrange a walk together with a truffle specialist to learn about Provence's "black gold" - I can organise a visit yo an olive oil mill and other producers of local specialities.
Provence is a land of agriculture with a an important production of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, meat and fish. Let me help you to find the places where the food is well prepared and well served.
Cooking lessons are popular today; the chef might take you to the market in the morning, to buy the products that you will work with.
